Operation Workout!
Any ladies out there looking for a new workout plan? Well, until recently my workout had always consisted of either running or the same ol' elliptical machine. This past week, I have started attending spin class. Spin class is the ultimate workout. A couple of my homegirls are the motivational force behind my deciding to attend and I must say I was not disappointed. Most spin classes are 45-60 minutes of intense workout with an instructor there to lead you all the way. You can always go at your own pace if just starting out if you feel you are over-exerting yourself trying to keep up with the instructor. And not to mention the seat of the bicycle can be mighty uncomfortable until you grow accustomed (I would suggest buying a gel seat). But the workout is worth it all. You can burn anywhere between 600-800 calories in an hour long session; within weeks you will notice an amazing difference in your strength, endurance, and dress size.
