New Year, New Me
A lady never tells her weight! But I will say that I want to lose at least 30 pounds. And what better time to start than with the upcoming new year! For me, it takes extra motivation to commit to anything. But I promise once I'm there, I'm there till the end! I have registered with Calorie King to help track what I eat and to track my weight loss progress. With Calorie King, there is a yearly fee to access all their databases. But for those who do not want to pay a fee,there is an alternative...try Spark People. Below is a calender to show my projected work out plan and my weekly weight ins. I post it in hopes to get anyone reading motivated and to **keep** me motivated. I'm starting with working out only three day per week. But once I get in the swing of things, eventually I will increase to five times per week. I chose the elliptical because that is by far my favorite workout machine and I believe it to be a good start in increasing my stamina. In February I will switch things up so that I do not grow bored with my program and to work different muscle groups.
